Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹449. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped.
- In case you’re ordering other items along with personalised or Gold/Silver jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.
Returns
- Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked. However, this does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.
- Leelankit reserves the right to process refunds only after inspecting the returned items.
- If you purchased a Leelankit product from a third party (other than the official website, app, or exclusive stores), the return policy of that seller will apply.
- Shipping charges (if any) paid during order placement are non-refundable.
- In case of missing items in return orders, where the pickup doesn't include all claimed items, Leelankit reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This also applies to promotional items like free gifts or silver coins.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange
- You can request replacement or exchange as per the same conditions applicable to returns.
- The replacement will be shipped only after the original item has been picked up or delivered (for Gold/Silver items).
Return Process
- You can initiate a return request from our website or app. You may also contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
- After booking the return request, please remain available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, requiring a fresh request and extended timeline.
- While most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, some may only support forward delivery. In such cases, you may be asked to return the item using an alternate courier like India Post, and we will reimburse up to ₹70 of your shipping cost.
- If return charges exceed ₹70, the excess amount (shipping, duties, taxes, etc.) will be deducted from your refund.
- In case of non-serviceable pin codes, you are responsible for returning the item, and ₹70 will be added to your refund for shipping costs.
- If you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video will be required. Claims without sufficient evidence or visible tampering may be denied. Final discretion lies with the brand.
